Lately I have been experiencing A LOT of encumbrance slices on armor. Yesterday I sliced 50 sets of armor and only 5-8 (!)was effect slices - The_rest_was_encumbrance.... What is going on?

If you're looking for an encum slice, hope for an effective one. If you're hoping for an effective slice, hope for an encum one.

Tends to work the opposite way, depending on what kind of slice you hoped for, the value of the weapon and whether or not you gave to charity and called your mother to wish her 'Happy Tuesday' within the past week.

that's why i was getting all of those effect slices, you had the encumb slices! next time we'll switch.

I suggest reversing the revers psychology, make the slicing god think you're following the above, but really go opposite. They're on to us on our current way...
