So there i am, kickin' it in space, smacking down TIE's in my new Y-wing. I get a tell from one of my ultra high paying customers, 'ive left some stuff in our secret spot that needs some 'attentition' if ya know what i meen'.

'No problem' i say 'i'm in space, so i'll jump to hyper and come have a look'.

'You know what' he replies 'do you have a nice ship? i wouldnt mind checking the view of Naboo'

'Well my luxuray cruiser is actually in orbit above Naboo at the moment, how about i pick you up in Theed?' i say, my mind racing, it still looks a little empty in there. How am i going to decorate? What would a smuggler have in his personal pleasure craft?

'Alright, be there in 3 hours' i continue.... 'you do realise this is going to cost you more......'

So fellow fringe dwellers, what 75 items have you used to make your sorosub feel 'smugglery'

well, i can't say much.. i'm not really interested in fluncing around the galaxie in the sorosuub.. it's nice and all.. but i'd rather be doing small, hi-pay runsd.. than shuttleing dignitaries around...

I am turning my yacht into kinda of a space gambling cantina. I have some instruments lined up against the wall in the main room..a couple of loud speakers on each sides of the room, gonna have 4 cafe tables in the middle with two sofa chairs at each table, the upper deck of the main room will have a couch and two sofa chairs up there (kinda of my own vip area), the upper floor is gonna be my sleeping quarters with a bed and a couch a sofa chair and a few chests, then on the lower level the small room towards the back of that will hold a cafe table and four chairs there for my gambling area, I will place a few chance cubes on the table there (since there are no sabacc card decks which I think should be implemented, maybe not a working deck but just a deck of cards for deco), and then throughtout the ship I have dropped open containers. I wish they would let us put vendors in the ships though..that would be so cool to have a bartender behind the bar. I am thinking about putting a metal chair in the area towards the back of the cockpit so I can have a "NAVIGATOR" in there too. Oh and I put a few candles here and there around the main room too, for atmosphere...It's gonna be a regular party barge when I get done with it.

The rest of the yacht will have normal furnishings...

...but that little round room off to the side of the forward windowless area? The door will be masked behind a painting or 2, and inside will be about a dozen crates of various spices.

May as well pretend.

Great idea! I wonder if there is something else you could put there to make it look like grillwork or a wall or wall on top grill on bottom or something?

...Thats how it happened officer... Trust me.

You should be able to put a vendor in a ship. That was a question specifically asked and answered by a Dev. In fact, the answer to that question is what inadvertantly sparked the whole debate which resulted in decorated multiplayer ships taking up a lot.

I'm turning mine into a classy casino. The main area will have a droid chassis behind the bar to be the bartender, a droid behind a diningroom table to be the craps table, and a network of glass tables and yellow chairs. Maybe some of those purple cusion chairs near the windows and one of those musician's organs with some speakers. The balcony will be the lounge with couches and stuff. The topmost deck will be my office with an Imperial desk as the main feature when I'm not running a casion cruise and the high-roller's area when I am running a cruise. The round area will be my personal sleeping quarters. I'm getting some female help in the design later today.

Y'know, the 'crate of supplies' you get in the vehicular control missions of Phase 2 of the Village is good forputting in acargo hold. Also, the crappy ship parts you loot in space work well.

You know, I remember the Debate in the Beta Forums about the Vendors on a MP Ship and Personaly, I think it is the Stupidest Idea I have ever heard. Why would you 1: Waste a Vendor in a Place that will Only Occasionaly see people, and 2: Waste a Spot on the Ship with an Un-Used vendor.

I think the only Reason people want Vendors is the Exact reason that The Devs will not Allow them, Extended Storage.

Throw a Vendor on a ship and you can Load Hundreds of Items in there, Then You Land and your ship is now in Your Data Pad. You cary all that Stuff with You now.

it's an Absurd was of abusing the Database. Will there be a Few people that Want to build a Bartender Bot for Specific Parties? yeah, 1 or 2, But The Rest will Just Abuse the system and I can see why The devs would Deny it.

Hell i'd be happy with a vendor ona ship that only held 50 items. I have had over 40 (instincts are telling me its even higher, but i cant be sure) people on my yacht at different times, i usually take my slicing customers up, and let them check out my yacht while i slice. I would love a vendor behind the bar selling a few items like spice and premium chef items, as well as a few well sliced weapons.

While they are wandering around for 40 mins while i slice the bags of stuff they have brought up, i just know they would impulse buy the right priced stuff from my vendor.

I know i would!

EDIT: to early in the morning for spelling properly on the first attempt lol
