havinv never been a smugler i have many questions about the profession mostly buying fs points.
how much dose it cost a master smuggler to buy fp per point. is there a limit to the ammount that they can buy. thanks in advanced for your help

10,000 credits for Master Smuggler/Colonel for 125 factionpoints
you can buy up to 500 before you have to delegate

Rank has nothing to do with buying faction points.
There is no difference in buying faction points as a Fixer or as a Master Smuggler. That discount only applies to items bought with faction.
You get 125 faction points(plus 13 for CoA bonus) for ten thousand credits.
Once you reach 500 or more faction, you can no longer buy any more.
If you want to sell faction, you will need to get high ranks to turn a decent profit. Colonel is the best rank to use, as your delegation ratio is 1.18:1. Meaning it will cost you 118 faction points to give 100 to someone else.
