Thread: How far to PVP Feigning?

I was wondering if someone could tell me what sort of Feign Death skill level you need in order to be able to Feign during a PVP battle.

no certain level needed.. all you need is the skill to feign.
although its not meant to be used in pvp i have used it m any times with great success. but then i've had many times where it hasn't worked so well adn i just got griefed beyond belief.

Well is there any way to prevent a person from entering into the Feign Death state in the first place? Maybe if they're stunned or dizzied or whatnot they aren't able to enter Feign Death?

as far as I know there isn't. in my experiences with using feign death i've never had anything prevent me from using it. and i've feigned after i've hadpoisons, diseases, states placed on me, while i've been on fire. never a problem doing it.

Ok, thanks for all of the quick responses to the thread. The reason that I've been asking is that I've had to cancel two of my latest Jedi missions because they have feigned on me and just layed there sending me insulting tells. I was kind of hoping that there was some way to counter it or at least be able to tell at what level they'll have to surrender it to progress.

IF you can KD dizzy them - then they cannot feign death, other than that it's pretty much the only thing that works in the smuggler line :0) hehe but shhhhhhhhhhh dont tell the devs - they may nerf it if they findout.
And to be able to Feign Death you must have at least the first box in in dirty fighting. (you can see that if you cntrl-S and look under professions, under smuggler)
