...but i still have to pull clamps, knives, and upgrade kits out of the factory crates. Any ideas on if this will ever get fixed?

No ETA, but kgmkiorys is on the job making sure the Devs are aware.

I'm a new smuggler...there was a time when you didn't have to double click on crates to get knives and clamps out? That would make it a lot easier.....

any help on this task is welcome you know, i sometimes do sleep

I see this as my punishment 
I left smuggler, and now must do the grind with crate pulling when I return after mastering Privateer (got some crappy delay because my mission bugged on me)

another reason I am afraid to leave. I keep feeling something big...something great is going to happen, if I leave the game, or smuggler for that matter. A friend keeps trying to pull me to WoW, but I just feel I need to stick with it a little longer. I just hope we get some of this "needed love" sometime in the near future. I understand Sony has a lot they are working on, but why is it we keep losing smuggler correspondents? Do they know something we do not? Nontheless, the post was about pulling items from crates, which is my only quarrel with the game at this time.

You always had to pull PLKs (Precision Laser Knives) but the rest didn't have to ... they were auto-pulled.
I actually like it more this way since I just keep a crate in my tool bar -- and everything in my pack ... I don't need to keep it in the 1st level inventory anymore so even if they fix it, I will continue how I am now.

well, at least if they fix it we could have the choice, which is not the case at the moment.
