is if the 4th box is the symbol IV would master smuggler be like Slicng V?

If you really wanted to stir the pot you should've posted a message that said:
"Fellow Smugglers, I think it's a travesty that the Master Smuggler box doesn't grant any extra slicing bonuses - it says nothing about slicing - join me in a petition to send a message to the devs that we want a slicing bonus at Master!"
