Lok Pirate Radio is up, it's an internet radio station run by an SWG player on Bria. And since there is nowhere cooler than the Smuggler forum, I thought my fellow scoundrels might appreciate how awesome it is. Arrrr

These guys rock. They were streaming live from Fan Fest this year. Check them out and listen in while you fight.

Not that I am aware of. WMP will throw you that generic codec error if you try to start listening when they aren't currently broadcasting, though. They aren't quite 24/7. Best to check in the chat room on the LPR site to see if there is a DJ spinning first.
