Yeah, but only for buying faction points. As a Colonel, you should know you can grind faction higher than this, but you can't purchase more.

You get more faction dependant on four things:

  1. Difficulty of the MOB you defeated(higher difficulty means more faction)

  2. Mission level your running(same)

  3. Whether or not you Sliced the mission terminal(increases monitary and faction reward)

  4. Whether or not you picked the mission up from an Improved Job Market(same)

Oh, and the fact I answer your questions a lot is that I happen to be awake around the same time. I run the graveyard shift(late night) at a local motel, and I'm guessing by your grammar and sentence structure, you're from somewhere in Europe, which would be at least six to seven hours ahead of my time zone(American Central).

Anyway, grinding faction is just running mission after mission, orkilling factional NPCs over and over at spawn points& bases.

Other than that, the only way to "get more faction as a Colonel", would be the fact that you can hold onto more faction before you stop gaining any more. The cap of every rank for holding faction is the amount of faction it took to aquire that rank(6000 in the case of Colonel) multiplied by 10.1. Thusly, you can hold a maximum of 60600 faction, if my math doesn't fail me. You also get the lowest faction delegation ratio, 1.18:1. This means, when delegating faction, you lose 18% of how much you give.

Example: You decide to give RandomNewbie enough faction points to join your faction, which would total 200. You target him and type /delegate 200. He gains 200 points, and yougo down by236. Which is the 200 faction you gave, plus the 18% delegation cost. Lower ranks have higher ratios, and its only really worth selling faction if you have the rank First Lieutenant or better.
