Why don't modification kits exist? I can understand it being a hands-on job to slice a gun or piece of armor, but other things, if they ever add them.. why not illegal modifications which the rank one newb can use themselves?

I may be against the majority in liking crafting as a Smuggler, but I don't like hawking and wasting my time dealing with annoying customers, I'd largely prefer to make mod kits, which could be temporary or permanent, that can be traded and used by someone else. Obviously they wouldn't be as good as a hands-on job.. but it would add a bit more variation to our cookie-cutter class.

There are, they call them "powerups."
