So, we have Customer Service Representatives?

Then let's ask for some customer service. BH and Jedi can simply ask nicely in their forums and get what they need, we can't because SOE in their wisdom do not read (or at least, do not respond) to feedback from this comunity.

I'm going to file a ticket right now. When they send it back, i'll file another. You cannot ban someone for asking a Customer Service employeee for some customer service, so that's my strategy.

If enough of us do this, it might even get noticed. It's a million (at least) to one chance, but it might just work.

Well I plan on filing a /bug report everytime I log in from now on as well as post a bug in the live issues thread.

The bug will simply state.

My Smuggler cannot smuggle.

"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. Hmm... wonder if it would work? Or after awhile, they just get tired of all the bug reports and start banning us.

(By the way, what does "QFE" mean?)

Now I have never progressed more than about halfway through smuggler, but asa long time vet I've seen just how much abuse you guys have gone through. If you need me, I'll send tickets too, because my commando can't use half his weapons either, but not being able to do your basic job.... its not right.

To get technical, I'd say it actually stands for "Quoted For Emphasis," and means the quoted text was so important that it deserved to be said again. Basically, "this statement is extremely true."

Don't get me wrong, I fully agree with you. It just won't do any good. If you want to do something contructive, pick an actual bug that might get a little attention, and use your sig, so to speak. Remember, there are many bugs out there.

Or you could jump on TC and help them work faster. Then good things tend to come sooner.
