Thread: New Slicing Tool Loot Drops, Smuggler Loot only?

Just wondering this, cause I am not a smuggler of course, but was going to go out & get some for a friend who is.


However I have Been to Dath & Killed The entire planetary Population of NS Rangers & stuff, Done my Corsec Black Sun Duty Missions "for about 4 hrs", Killed Mercs on Lok for about 4 hrs.


And not one single Slicing tool/component. So are they Smuggler only loot drops or am i just having the un-Lukyest day f my Life, or is the drop rate soo crappy, that they are in Par with Pearls?
