Well sadly most of old timers smugglers I know either :

- surrended Smuggler

- cancelled their account

I feel so sad, most have been smuggler for 2 years keeping their account with faith in SOE.

I done some chatting and they told me it was the last stroke.

I was smuggler for some time and I enjoyed it. I was looking forward the new Smuggler revamp to take this profession again on my alt. Now I'm getting away form this.

The smuggler revamp tend to prove the theory you don't want the DEVs to look for your profession, being afraid or more bad to come than good.

In my case I was master doc since launch and the CU killed my profession.

Hell, all of these changes to smuggler are great.

I PREFER to mez over root. I LIKE loot-based slicing (means I can have something to do [loot] and I can make a helluva lot more money than before).

I'm just guessing that they just aren't good with change.

No, I'm not really rooting for people to get mad and leave the game. I do think that many people are having trouble adapting to new combat, new specials, fixes to the new specials, and entirely new slicing.

Hmm... now that I think about it, we've kinda had an incomplete, mini-revamp since pub. 18. Wonder if these people would have survived a full revamp anyway....

I don't mind the changes so much, I mind what they took away (crafting) and what was never there and should have been (quality of resources matter).

Crafting is not a challange or fun if what i put in it doesn't effect it. Might as well loot it in that case. Boring to craft stuff like that.
