Where do u find simple tool kits for 2nd stage armor slicing?

I find them in my backpack. I keep them towards the bottom because I don't do much slicing.

Ignore the rules at your peril, says I! Smugglers are a touchy breed these days, and we be itchin' for a fight! Jedi may be raped, pillaged, and plundered without so much as a "by yer leave"! Arrr!
Ye may want t' note that these rules may change at any time, for whate'er reason catches our fancy!

And all Jedi are required to be raped, pillaged, plundered, keelhauled, tarred and feathered, stretched upon th' rack, drawn and quartered, and have ear wigs placed in their flight helmets BEFORE we be cuttin' 'em up into little, tiny pieces to feed to the fishes!

Ineed, although I actually was trying to be helpful by advising the reading of the FAQ, albeit in a smartassed kinda way.
