When each and every one of them really only hit Health.

I was testing TKM, Master Pikeman and some Sword and loaded up Head Hit, Body Hit, Leg Hit and I think it was Flurry (the one that hits multiple areas). They all ideed do go to Health.

I don't get it.

What IS the point of multple specials that target specific areas if they all only affect Health?

And speaking of Action and Mind, has anyone actually seen the Action and Mind bars of creatures move at all? I haven't.

They wanted to make it seem like all the professions have a unique variety of specials when, in fact, both the number and their uniqueness has been severely reduced?

Aside from the Debuff that each hit causes the idea is if you catch someone not wearing a full suit OR like back in the old days people used to wear armour made up of different componetns ie

Most people wore head pieces and chest pieces that had strong resists to acid, why? Because just about everyone was a Novice pistiolier or Novice BH and thier specials targeted the chest and head respectivly with acid damage.

But for the most part its just for looks diveristy.

It's armor. The hit locations are specific to armor, except for hands and feet now. Obviously if I'm only wearing a chest peice and you leg hit me over and over, I will take full dmg from it, instead of you body shot-ing me and my armor reducing the dmg.

Well that makes sense if you get a lot of players pvping in their undies. I'm not big on PvP so maybe you see a lot of that?

I can't recall any NPCs that wear partial armor and I'm pretty sure creatures don't unless they have vulnerable areas that we just have to learn about?

So has anyone actually seen mobs action and mind bars move down at all?

Body part targeting shots will play a very very VERY important role against people with cybernetics. (Or those that mix and match armor.)

People foolish enough to PvP while having cybernetics are asking to die. A player with cyborg Legs (dunno what benefit they give yet, maybe ranged defense and a speed mod?) cannot wear armor over them. Then, any carbineer with crippling shot will do full damage to those defenseless legs.

If your enemy has a cybernetic arm, get a Pistoleer to use Torso Shot in hopes of hitting the unprotected arm.

While there isn't a cyborg headthere is the chance your opponant is wearing a helmet that you know offers more kinetic protection then energy protection. So, get your Rifleman's advanced laser rifle out and headshot that poor sap.

I'm personally sad they removed hands and feet from being target damage zones. Many times haveI've cheered when fighting a trandy and hittinghis hand for full damage.
