They're a random drop off any humanoid NPC. As far as I know, there aren't any types that drop them noticeably more more than any others. I had some luck with plasma thieves on Naboo when I needed containers for the XP, but that was long ago.


Bear in mind that after the CURB, locked containers will no longer be needed for slicing XP (the slicing branch will use pistol XP), so locked containers will be pretty much junk unless the devsincrease the value of the contents (and I doubt that'll happen anytime soon).

Where is the best place to loot locked containers? If anyone can help me i would really appreciate it.
