Thread: Last Ditch, Low Blow...Issues anyone?

Blast I entered for a retarted reason. Anyways my LAST DITCH and LOW BLOW don't sesem to be functioning as intended. I go incap when using last ditch without ever doing damage to the target, and Low Blow just isnt working. Anyone else have these issues? I've already bugged in game just thought I would check the forum.

Yeah. Low blow does nothing. Last Ditch does incap you, but it does major damage to your opponent if you are near death. It is GREAT when you and the last mob you are fighting are both down to about half a cm of health, and you just need one more big hit to win. It's just what the name says, a LAST DITCH attack. (And MAN it works. 
My problem comes with any and all attacks that "reduce movement rates" of the targets hit. It is just me or do these attacks have NO noticalbe effect? Maybe it's just me. I mean, I have 0 terrain negotiation modifiers, but since it appears most mobs have about a +99999999999999 terrain negotiation modifier, (I'm not too sure of that number, I'm just guessing,) what difference does a -20 to terrain negotiation make? I mean, it should really SLOW them down. Try using one of these on a huurton (any variety) and try to outrun it. You won't make it. I promise.
