Anyway don't let Caylin see this but last night I sliced a Czerka Dart carbine and it had a 37% speed slice. Now I've been a smuggler for a year and a half and thought no f-ing way. I double checked and sure enough it did say 37% in both my sytems messages and my chat box. But the speed of the weapon didn't seem to have dropped any. I chaulked it up to a glitch. When I get back from work I'll post the screen shot to prove it.
