Slicing depends on how close an item is to the cap. The better it is made the lower the slice. There is a formula for it in the AS forums as slicingaffects armor.

However today I sliced some of my personal Scout Trooper armor. The stats didn't change at all. Another piece sliced prior to RotW sliceds just fine.

And, uh, "only slicing once" isn't f'd up... that's normal.

I would say that a 15% speed slice that wouldgive speed -0.35 in mod, but only giving -0.07 is f'ed up, and badly.

ive been part to a couple negative slices within the last week, im sure if we keep the faith and hold fast all will be sorted soon

ps i didnt intend for that to sound sarcastic
