just an idea guyz but with multi passenger vehiclesbeein in game....and the whole get away driver thing comes to mind why shouldnt smuggler get mod/bonus's to vehicles?

also i know the whole why cant smuggler slice ship parts but what could stop us from slicin vehicles too?
