Loading the patch and reading the notes while waiting for the servers to come back. Not ONE word about borking spice stacking. Just one line about "buffs now stacking properly." Is that it? I know doc buffs were a bit messed up as well...did they actually screw up the spice stacking and just stick all mention of buff stacking in that once sentence? As soon as everything is up I'll try a couple of spices and report as fast as I can.

umm dude - spices arent stacking at all - at least in my Galaxy.

try it before you post - you'll find all your answers there. i promise.

Don't get smart, boy, or you'll find yourself floating home. Spices DID stack. It was all over this forum. Spices stacked. I TRIED it, as did many others. It worked. Then for publish 17 we were told that they no longer would stack. That is what my post was about.

just for clarification - spice stacking does NOT refer to an ability to take the SAME spice multiple times.. such as pixies.. but instead means say taking pixie that increases health by 20%, then taking a booster blue that ALSO increases health by 20%. I believe the fix was so that you can only increase a certain pool a certain amount so that it doesnt keep going up and up after each DIFFERENT spice you use.

On Bria all spices stack! On TC-Bria (with pub 17) they do not.

Spices were not supposed to stack anyway, so they didnt "ruin" it they fixed it...

Oh...new(s) flash!!

Well I see it as "ruin" because now no one will buy the lesser spices once again. Spices in general won't sell as well as they have been thanks to the stack. I didn't bother to gear up the food factory to make some runs (working on pilot skills and loot hunting), but those that did are going to once again be stuck with a house full of spice that sometimes they can't even give away.

And another thing...

When did we get salty? If we are not carefull, its going to turn into Nineveh complete with the fish slapping of innocent forum posters.

I'm kind of glad they got rid of spice stacking, I didn't want to end up like Chris Farley, dead in a hotel, not fat, lol... I don't think I can play sober though, I was getting kind of addicted, maybe they'll give us some methadone to help with withdrawals.
