weeeeell.. it kinda had help... see.. it'san older modle... and i decided to try an do a double brew.. IE run a pot of brewed caff through fresh grinds.... it kinda took it for a few minutes... then it started making this weird whine.... and a loud pop... and the smoke.... so, it seemes that you CAN overclock a caff maker... just not for very long..
