Thread: Concussion Shot, Stasis, Panic shot.........What do they all have in common?

The ability for 2 people to /duel and break these amazing abilities.
For some time now, this has been dominating PvP. Ive played a Commando/Smuggler, and its appauling at the number of people who will duel to break a mez. My jedi is Master Enhancer, and the ability to /duel and break stasis basically negates its use in PvP.
Im concerned. I have searched these forums for an hour looking and looking for a post that might shed some light as to weither this has been acknowledged by a developer or not.
My question is, "Is /dueling to break the effect of an enemy mez (Be it Concussion shot, Panic shot, or Enhancers Stasis) considered an exploit? My gut tells me yes, because this basically negates a dazes use.
Has this been addressed by a corr? Has a developer ever acknowledged this as an issue? If so, I apologise for a repeat post, I just couldnt find any threads reguarding this issue.
If this has not been issued, then I ask, can you WesBelden, raise this issue to the devs?

Yes it is a known exploit, Devs are "working" on it my smugglar friend

If you're looking for a dev response, you won't get one here. They are afraid to come inside the smuggler forums these days.
Seriously, if you want results, go post in the jedi forums. It seems they only listen when the jedi or BH cry about something.

pretty simply, they all suck... the only root that works normally is pistoleer's stopping shot

I'm afraid to imagine what their correspondent had to do to convince devs not to nerf it with 'anger' B$&llS$^t .... but emmm.... maybe Wes could do the same ey? Do it for the team! Make smugglers happy!

Jedi forums are a bunch of 12yo crying and whining and its pretty useless. My request for info on a polite level would be lost in all the NERF THIS NERF THAT posts.

I'll state now, I think it's an exploit
Not heard anything from a developer on this though
.. I'll be including it in my next profession issues list, but I'd been holding off on that recently until we saw something in the way of more info on the In Concept stuff.. suffice to say I was thinking we'd have a bit more info

QFE, you know that they are unable to give us real answers Wes. I mean, they would have to get a clue first and that sure as heck is not going to happen.
