I recall a while back, somebody posted the results of a lot of detailed slicing records and posted percentages showing the distribution of slicing %.

I've searched and checked the links thread stickied to the top but haven't seen it. Does anybody remember who that was or have a link to that thread?

It was me, Bober... let me try to find my old posts. There were two of them.. one after 4.5 months of slices, and another about a month ago after about 6 months of slicing. Now I have somewhere close to 5000 slices recorded.

That is the FIRST of two posts. The other post (which i just searched for and couldnt find) listed the individual armor pieces and their slices, but it did NOT lay out the % ranges like this first message.

The interesting information from the second post was:

1. Nothing revelational.. just more confirmation of the randomness.

2.Average slice for weapons and armor had not changed except a few decimal points here and there

3.ALL armor pieces were slicing close to 50/50 for effectivness/encumberance.

Thanks again, actnJcksn...

Not sure why my search isn't working right. I searched for messages with myself as author on the Smuggler boards and when I sort the messages by date, it is only showing messages from January thru June. Anyone have a clue why July messages are not being listed (at least for me)???

I really hate the search funtionality of these boards. It was easier for me to do a search for all of your posts by clicking on your profile and narrowing it down from there then even trying to use the Lithium search funtionality.
