Thread: weapon upgrade kits???

I just sliced a weapon and got an email "the crate weapon upgrade kit By ***** contains items no longer used by the game and should be removed from your inventory"


Does this mean i am in troule or did they just stop using WUKs? Or did the creator do something bad?

I had an old crate that was stored in my bank that did the same thing a couple of months ago.


I'm not sure what caused it, because I made the crate myself in my early days when I had artisan skills and took ws just to make some crates.


I'm guessing, maybe they changed something in the experimentation that made it invalid, as the crate had no number showing items inside, just a blank crate icon. All my other crates (from other batches I'm sure) still work...

There was that nerf to crated weapons long, long time ago. Sometimes, the bug still pops up. No worries, just drop the crate somewhere then pick it back up.
