i know its best to go up the pistoleer tree first, but what should i hunt for the quickest and best xp.

I did it on Savage Humbaba in Agrilat, but that was a long time ago.

If you can handle it, Sharnaff give half-decent XP for their challenge level.

Start out with quenkers on Dantooine until you can take on huurton stalkers. Each huurton lair will net you about 70k pistol xp.I use healthshot1 on them, fastest health only shot,butmake sure you have a decent pistol to start off with. I would use a metal D44 until you have cert for a DX2. I have done this myself with great and speedy success.

One idea I have seen posted, but never personally tried, is to just go to Endor and basically walk across the map killing everything you see. Apparently this is great grinding fodder.

thx for the replies, and let me clarify. i am now a 0/0/1/1 pistoleer. i have a mod reb blaster and a dx2. r quenkers and huurton stalker still best? i was hoping for something not on dant, spent too much time there already.

I did stalkers all the way through Master Pistoleer and up the DF tree. The better Pistoleer you become the more xp the stalkers are worth. At this point when I fight them I get about 5500 xp per stalker! I know it is insane, but true!

Anyway if you are sick of Dantooine I would suggest going with Endor like I said above. I've never tried it, but it sounds fun!

Just some more info for ya... For you to master Pistoleer you should need around 3.5 million pistol xp. at a rate of 70k xp per huurton lair you should be able to master it on just under 50 huurton stalker missions.

Perhaps that is fast enough that you will be off Dantooine in no time, and ready to doll out some sweet ass whoopings across the galaxy.

Just as a suggestion, you may want to pick up some TKA meditation as well, so you can heal your own wounds.
