as for Player BHs coming after us... many people have put forth many great ideas on how to handle that and prevent any form of forced PvP or greifing. but Player BHs hunting Player Smugglers is probably some ways off.

what pistols are certed at Master Smuggler, anything cool?

we don't sell drugs. we sell spice. and soon we won't be crafting it, but rather get a cut from our Smuggling runs. we also sell pie, melons,and beer, and sometimes cheesecake.

how well do you fair in the occassional PvP?

it's one of our best revenues, if you get a steady customer base. it seems to range from 110cpu to 150cpu.

I have read your forums often and see this as being a great community that I hope to become a part of. please if you could take the time to answer some of my questions it would be greatly appreciated.

Hell, I respecked to BH after being a smuggler, and today I respecked BACK to smuggler!

the respec thing was just meant as light humor.

muon and neutron are the best right now since you cant stack. My friends and I are always tweaking off pixie.

It wont be easy, and we cannot promise you good times... what-the-heck... sure we can... you respeced, so it was rather easier, and with the massive amounts of smuggler stories and pie related articles... there is bound to be lots of good times.

Everyday our population grows slightly, and hopefully we will gain more of a dwindle in the devs eyes...

Was a respec myself, and used my last respec to go MSmuggler/MPistoller/Some Commando, since it matched my vision of a pistol toting smuggler who LOVES FIRE!! Optimal templates be damned.

1) Great. NPC's first, then probably players. I'm guessing players is a year off. Or you can do what I do and flash my saber around and then wail on bh's with my renegade.

2) The renegade is certed at m.smuggler and it just sings like a diva. Oh god it sounds so beautiful. Mine's around 470 base dps puped. Decent gun. Fast as all get out.

3) It's spice, and I sell a lot of pixie and booster blue. Just sell 'em to guildies who whine about spice being too expensive. Cheap buggers.

4) I always fight with my pistol and of the 6 bh's who came after me this week, only 2 won. One did very nice and got the drop on me as I was in the middle of a lair getting pounded by dewbacks. We lack serious damage potential but don't let that get you down. Our states are awesome. With master pistols it's double awesome for you. If you're ever in trouble I recomend root/pistol whip/burst run/disarming shot. Where you'll really shine though is in a group. You'll know smuggler love when you're targeted for death before anyone else by the opposing faction. Nothing pisses people off like having half their group rooted on the charge/running away.

5) Selling faction depends. I've a few AS who hit me up for faction now and again so it's a semi steady stream. Every so often you'll get a good run. Don't count on it, but it's a nice bonus. With calls of alderan and entertainer buff and colonel rank it costs 78.67 credits per point to transfer to someone. I sell from 100-130 per point usually.
