I just have a few questions about weapon slicing that you nice folks may be able to answer for me. A little while back I had a smuggler slice one of my weapons, I guess he did a full damage slice and a lvl 1 speed slice which seems to be pretty good. However to me not a whole lot is known about slicing and I was wondering if I could get your opinions on the best possible slice for a weapon because I want to get this proton carbine I have sliced and I’m trying to figure out what would best suit it.

Also I heard something about a slice called critical strike I think, which from what I was told can increase your chance of incapacitating someone during pvp I guess? Anyhow if you guys could enlighten me it would be greatly appreciated. :-D

well there is no real 'best slice' for a weapon. It all depends on what your template is....and what you are going to be doing with the rifle. As for Crit strike, it's currently thought to not work.

Welp my current template is MBH Mcarbs, however I don't hunt jedi and I'm on the path to becoming one. Once I do however and open up another character slot I was considering going MBH Mcarbs and actually doing BH stuff, such as hunting jedi. :-P There is a good chance that once I do get this proton carbine sliced I will ADK it. So I wanted to make sure it can be the best it can possibley be before I did that.
