So I'm at this restaurant with some friends and I order some food. About 20 minutes go by and when the food comes out they bring me a chicken instead of a steak. Of course I told them this is not what I wanted and returned my meal. I sat waiting patiently while my friends enjoyed there food. Every so often I'dreach over and pick off some of there side items, just to tide me over while I waited.

15-20 minutes later and still no food arrives. I begin to get a little upset. I ask the waitress where is my food? She responds that it should be out any minute. I sit and watch other people come in, get seated, order and receive food. Still no love for me. I ask to speak to the manager, but the waitress says sorry he's too busy helping other customers to speak with me. She starts ignoring me completely. I consider leaving, but damnit I'm hungry and really am dying for this awesome steak!

1 hour goes by. I ask when the heck am I getting my food? She tells me that my food will be here right after they finish cooking some of the other meals that people have ordered. She then also informs me that if I intend on waiting for my food I will be charged a fee for taking up a spot in the restaurant. It's only fair cuz there are other customers that would like to come in and eat. I ask for the manager again. She tells me that he will not see me since he does not believe I will deal with this situation in a rational, constructive manner.

2 hours go by. Still no food. Still no idea when the food is coming. Iwanted that steak, but screw it I'm racking up charges now waiting for it! I wonder how much is the steak even worth to me!?! Why should I have to wait around for a steak that should have been here 2 hours ago! When a company screws up THEY should be the ones to pay for it not me.

My point? I'm tired of waiting for this promised yummy steak called Smuggler. I'm tired of spending money to just wait in line. Maybe I'll be back when the revamp arrives, and content arrives. But sadly until then I believe I am done with this game. It's been a PLEASURE to be a part of this community but it's maddening the amount of waiting we have been put through. This type of behavior, in any other business would be completely unacceptable. It should be unacceptable here too.
