Is there any consideration of getting rid of one of the prereqs?

Having a line in marksman and brawler is over doing it to me :/

It's really hurting my dreams of being a Master Smuggler, Master Shipwright / merchant. I can only go completely up one line in merchant... which in many respects is not worth it.
