Greetings fellow smugglers!

I have just completed pistol expert and am now starting on pistol specialist. My question is...which pistol should I get? I have all these certs..and I don't see those pistols! All I'm seeing is base cdef "tweaked" pistols 150 crds, D18 pistols 1000 crds(do I have certification to use it, and is it worth it?), and DL 44 pistols for 3K.

Now I see certifications for all these other pistols, but no one is making them yet.

Suggestions please!

scoutblaster and fwg5 are nice pistols. Depending on terrain and targetIused one of them. FWG5 is slower and makes good damage per hit and scoutblaster is faster, which is nice when fighting and running around in a jungle or when you've to heal yourself often.

But I don't know if you're certified for it.

Well as of last night midnight central time, there were NO DL44s for sale on the bazaar (entire Galaxy) much less scout and striker blasters. Weaponsmiths are close but not quite there yet, maybe by weeks end for DL44s.

As for which one is best... well comes down to personal choice if you like a certain look or if you just want stats.

DL44s= wider damage arc 30-113 making a wider damage shot

Scout blaster= smaller damage arc 30-60 making a more average damage shot

Striker blaster= never saw/used one in Beta

SWG5= wide damage arc 40-120

these were the mainstay blasters available in beta. all of them can be tweeked by the weaponsmith to increase damage and speed etc. there are other type blastersthat can be made and the better ones are going to be a few weeks if not longer away from being seen in game. i am just waiting for a DL44 to pop on the bazaar and eventually i will get a swg5.

Er...note the dates on all these posts. They are over a year old, I doubt many of the people who posted them are still playing, let alone playing smugglers.

They probably looked at the bottom of the forum where the pages are listed, and instead of clicking on the next page in line, they clicked on >> which took them to the last page, which holds the oldest posts.
