hi there i have a bit of a problem my rank in imp army is captain.

im looking for another master smuggler in corbantis server that wants to make the highest rank in imp army

we can delegate mutually the fp needed to attain the highest rank

its more of a cash problem i do not have the type of cash to spend on fp from another master smuggler,this way we only pay the current cost of us buying the fp.
