Tonight Drunkard and myself were discussing if there is a differnce in the slices. Does any one know for sure. I'm a master and I get 30+ consistantly.

Yes, there is a difference, even tho it is not written in the Master skill box, there is one. Your higher slice limit is higher as Master Smuggler than at Slicing IV.

A quote from the FAQ:

"Does a Master Smuggler have bonuses to slicing above and beyond that of a Slicer 4?
Yes. The Devs have confirmed a bonus, but not elaborated on it."

If you look the FAQ up you will also see average slice ranges.

Hi guys.. just a quick question...

I was speaking with a good friend of mine last night, he's been playing from the start.. he told me that the Smuggler skill tree is broken, and that a master smuggler gets an unannounced extra percentage on slices.. This makes sense, being a master and all.. but i cannot see this in my skill tree box, just the 25% reduction on faction perks.

Is this the case.. i'm not sure

Not really broken so much as the thing isn't documented properly.

Short Answer, Yes. Master Smugglers get about a 5% bonus to the range on all fronts. Check the FAQ for more precise #'s as I feel pretty lazy to say much more than this. Heck I'll probably not even bother finishing this sent
