Thread: question about smuggler/commando templete

I'm finalizing my templete, and I'm really liking the old Master Smuggler and Master TKA. So here I am:
M.Smuggler
M. TKA
0440 commando.
I really like the comando weapons. The lightning cannon is just plain fun to use. And I like the DOT from theflame thrower and the knockdown of the rocket launcher. But I think I may begiving up something by not going 4400 commando? Has anyone tried the difference between4400 commando and 0440?
I'm thinking that I may be able to get the same DOT from a grenade, then I will have a lot more melee defence if I go 4400.
Any thoughts?

Concussino shot, Imp det, Panic shot, Low blow all with a FT means a lot of dead things in your path!
Its very fun, Im going MS/MC now and having a blast, it doesnt have the lasting power of a ms/bh or ms/tka due to their tanking ability but it is just a hellishly fun combo to play.

I too enjoy MSmuggler/MCommando, my pre-CU 2.4 speed FT came out with the best DPS of 500~ at +105 HW speed- I have fun rooting mutliple targets and burning them up with the heavy lightning with adv Reckless.
