Smuggler Archive

Today I had my suit of storm trooper armor sliced for 75% armor break reduction, and lvl one resilience and hardening. Now, after I got it back from the smuggler, I noticed everything was at 100% condition, except the chest piece was 1/2 condition of all the other pieces. In other words, will the other pieces were about 64000/64000, the chest piece was 32000/32000. The smuggler who sliced the armor said that had never happened before. Unfortunately, I cannot recall as I didn't check the condition before the slice, if it was at 64000 condition before. I've emailed the armor smith and am awaiting his reply. I was just seeing if any of you had any thoughts on this? If it indeed did have something to do with the slice, is this a known issue or a hidden drawback?
