Tiggs just posted a somewhat interesting announcement. I doubt it is going to relate to smugglers directly, but at least the content team is clearly thinking about new underworld content.

but prolly precisly for us. on the otherside i wouldnt be surproised if they try to tell it to us as part of the revamp (SOON™)

Then again, read into it what you will, but Tiggs has had a busy day of causing rising and falling hopes.
