Could we please get a person on the design team to give us an answer on when the incompleate Smuggler Tree will be addressed? Independant of where it ends up, I think we would all feel a little better knowing that someone is working on this area (or if they are not working on it then we can just suck it up and deal).

Thank you in advance.

Man, I don't even care if they are working on it now. Justa, "Well, we plan on getting to the Smuggler's problems in two months..." would be enough for me

I mean really guys, there are _so_ many other issues going on that I'd rather see them working on disapearing corpses/items or the Loading...loading...loading issue first. When they get to us, they get to us. Just be nice to get some word on when that would be.

I'll throw my vote in as well.

Q-3PO said this in a post regarding updates:

"Improving professions is an on-going process that will continue as long as the game is around likely. Some issues like major exploits must be addressed quickly. Other issues will get looked at and prioritized. This week we are going through the emails of those who want to be profession “correspondents”. That is going to help us with the collecting and prioritizing of issues."

So hopefully, once the Proffession Correspondents are in place, we will get some more information to trickle down to us. Whoever they pick for the Smuggler Correspondent needs to be very diligent in getting our concerns across.

According to the main boards, they're "Reviewing the candidate emails this week". So guess we should have a name here shortly, then we'll find out from him/her whether they're just giving us a name to throw emails at, of if the person is actually going to get someone's ear.

Well by the way people are complaining you would think that everyone is in a hurry to finish.

So what is everyone planning to do after they hit Master Smuggler? Or Finish their char. all together? Just sit back and wait for the money to roll in so you can sell it on E-bay? Are we going to walk around with our titles turned on so all the little newbies that start playing next month can go "wow" or maybe it is because we think that if we are double or triple masters we can become force sensitive much faster?

I just don't know what I am going to do, anyone have any suggestions?

Heh, I'll probably just keep trashing and adjusting skills until I get my toon just the way I want him.

Kaplan,

I am not in any rush. I am a casual player who is lucky to get 10 hours of play time a week. I expect that it will take me months to use all my skill points. And I am enjoying the journey very much... It's simply that if I know when they are going to address Smuggler issues then I can set my goals in order.

I sure hope the Correspondent thing will help, although the similar program from Mythic (class specific Team Leaders) was a mitigated success.

I'll be waiting to judge, but from my near yearly experience in SWG, (started beta 1 last august), the Devs not talking is bad news.

Best way to deal with the tall guys is to give them incentives to lick the ground. And dont look down on me that way youre not THAT taller.

Prolific indeed.

Guess what? WE'RE STILL NOT ON THE FOCKING LIST!

I am Jack's Smirking Revenge. I am Jack's Ignored Profession.
Theed was a bustling commerce city...people hawked their wares, danced, laughed, dueled, and had a rollicking good time. Cantinas packed with Entertainers of every race, shape and size...along with scoundrels, Stormtroopers, and drunks. People grouped up and stuck together in the wilderness, and you ALWAYS took a Scout or a Ranger with you. We lived our own Star Wars saga. We created our own personas, our own histories, and it all blended into this wonderful, magical experience that I will always remember...

That magic is gone now, but I'd pay 50 bucks a month to have it back.

Editor's Note: The author of the above post has quit giving SOE her money. She suggests you do the same, because this game will never be what you want it to be.
