Do Master Smugglers get better slices than smugglers with slicing 4. I don't see a skill mod listed at the master smuggler level and was just curious? Thanks

There's no documentation, but empirical research shows Masters do have a higher top end slice, about 5-7% more than a Slicer.

Sorry I dont have a link for ya but other long time smuglers can tell you that about 7 months ago it was confirmed by the devs themselfs that masters do get higher then slice 4.
