BF does not affect slicing, neither does wounds, tool quality, where you are standing, your hair color, faction, or anything else but whatever number generating formula that the game uses to determine the outcome.

Until somebody shows me a comprehensive study of battle fatigue to slice results over a sample of 1000 slices I am going to assume that it's probably not the smartest thing to do to slice weapons when you have 800 BF.

I'd chalk up the theory "BF affects slices" as being in the same category as "experimentation affects slices", i.e. bupkis.

I've sliced a couple hundred weapons at 1k BF. There is nothing changed.
If you wonder why I had 1k BF... well, slicing was something I could do while my bot ground up entertainer... I would get healed and kill myself repeatedly to generate large amounts of BF. Slicing kept me occupied.

I've had the customers with the same concern. I always tell them there's no affect whatsoever, but always get rid of all my BF and let them know I've done so to keep them happy (I mean, I'm gonna have to get rid of it some time anyway, so it's more than worth it).

Last night some guy wanted a sycthe sliced, he told me to make sure I had my BF healed cause he wanted a great slice. This is the first time I have ever heard of BF affecting slicing. Has anyone here tested it and shown a true cause.
I got my BF healed and got a 32% slice, poor guy cried when I told him it was speed.
