Does anyone know if it is still illegal to slice lightsabers? Before publish 9 they were nontradeable and therefore the only way to do it was use a vendor get around which made the whole process something kin to an exploit. Now however, a player could be a master smuggler AND a Jedi so even if sabers are still nontradeable then there would no exploit use to stop a player from slicing their lightsaber. Since I plan on keeping much of smuggler, at least for a good while, when I manage to achieve Jedi will I be able to slice my own lightsaber? Is that some kind of no-no? Or are they now tradeable aswell?
Anyone know anything?

Last I heard they were containers and so couldn't be sliced. I could be wrong tho.

If a Jedi asked me to slice his sabre i would steal it,dob him in to the empire and then sell the thing on the blackmarket.
Im a smuggler,i break the law, might as well do it in style

how is a LS a container? it is a weapong, it does wpn damage, and has to be crafted like a wpn?
if it is a container, wonder if it will hold all my worldly goods

I THINK it is technically classified as a container, but one that can hold only crystals and you can hit people with it
And it glows purty colors and makes little <vvvmmm> <vvmmm> noises
