You get discounts to the FP costs as well. Faction stuff costs less for you at UnderworldI by 10%, and it drops to even lower further up (Master, I think). So there is an advantage, based on your skills.

It's 500 fp so you don't buy yourself tons of it and start selling faction perks.

just get with another master smuggler...withan investment you can buy all sorts of items.

Okay i am kinda new to the whole smuggler thing and have been working up the imp rankings. I am getting close to major and wanted to see how faction selling and purchasing was accomplished. I come to find out i get no bonuses to buying faction no matter if i am a master smuggler Or how high ranked i am...LAME, also i can only buy up to 500 positive faction? This is just terrible. I am sure somebody has complained about this before, but i mean holy cow only 500 faction? and no bonuses for rank or skill as smuggler? This is very disappointing to me. Just thought i'd share my view on that, and hope that the devs change this in the near future, i'd even settlefor a change with the mystical smuggler revamp whenever that is coming.

okay well that is kinda what i wanted, to get master smuggler get colonel and have some bonuses to buying faction. I don't want to have to grind like the rest of the ppl that is why i went master smuggler and was working on High rank. And yes i want to be able to BUY lots of faction points to sell off faction perks. This seems completely resonable to me i mean as is only thing smuggler is good for is slicing it seems. It was just that i had my hopes up for something better than what i get.../shrug, seems to be a trend with this game hope for some cool perks or abilities but when i actually get them, they are a big let down.

You make the money selling FP to other people. That is how it works.

Would still be a lot easier if you could just buy the entire amount you're selling at once instead of having to stand there and buy, delegate, buy, delegate over and over.

yeah exactly or at least up the base amount,come on only 500 fp? At least bump it up to 5k or 10k i'd say that would be nice enough. Wouldn't mind a few buy/delegate sessions with that. Still kinds stinks i don't get any perks as a colonel/master smuggler, ah well i'll just have to live with it i suppose and i can....just up the 500 base that stinks royaly.

not even thinking bout loop macro fix (still a good thing IMO xcept for smugglers) wich will kill the faction points selling...
