Can someone post a few waypoints to the start of smuggler quests? the only one i have come across so far is the shady pers in the mydrill caves...

Try also the talusian space station and the one of dathomir....you may have good surprises....

Used to allow those who havn't done Jabba's Theme park, access to the Tier 3 Smuggler's Alliance Trainer.

Which to me, blows. Personally, I had already done Jabba's theme park though, I thought forcing people to do atleast part of Jabba's theme park to get to the trainer was worth it. Especially for Smuggler's Alliance..

Well there's also the Glitterstim smuggling job with the Trandos. You get that from one of the NPCs on the 3rd? level of the Big Tree on Kashyyyk.
