God sake when did this forum get like this! This is a new member to the community and you treat themlike this. Geese
To answer you question you need unarmed 4 and pistoleer 4 along with a certain about of pistol xp. The maual is wrong in saying you need some of artisan. If you press ctrl + s you can find out exatcly what you need and the xp required. Also for any future information on smuggler related items you might want to try the stickies at the top of this page. There is a link called Important links for smugglers there which will answer most of your questions. You will avoid the above trolls by looking in there.
Sorry and welcome to the forums and hopefully the smuggler community. I'd say for the most we are one of the best communitities on these boards.
