Hey guys, I am really confused with how selling faction points works with NPC faction recruiters. I was under the impression that a person could sell faction points to a recruiter of the opposite faction (Such as an Imperial player selling FP to a rebel recruiter), but am having trouble figuring out if this is even feasable. I have underworld 3, which should allow this, but no one can give me a straight answer, and I can't find anything in the baglog of threads that even answeres this question.

So bascially what I want to know:

"Can a smuggler sell Rebel/Imperial Faction Points to the recruiter of the faction opposite the person selling the Faction points?"

If so, how is this done?

If not, then the description on the skill tree and the strategy guides are extremely misleading.

I have no idea of the answer to that but along the same lines. How many rebel of imperial faction points can you buy before it won't let you have any more? Right now i have 1700 imp points and the guy just tells me i've done enough for them already.

You can only sell FP when you are neutral and it will only give you a small amount of credits.

Would be better to just keep the FP and sell it to others.

Well, thanks for the response. Sounds like selling faction points to NPCs is just a pointless excercise.
