I may have missed this suggestion in another post so sorry if this idea has come around before.

First, players would have to be able to delegate NPC factions points.

Many players have racked up negative faction with various NPC factions. I would like for smuggler's that have positive faction with those groups be able to buy FP and delegate it to other players. This would give more meaning to Underworld because many of those factions are pirates, thugs, law enforcement (crooked cops), etc. I would like to go to Jabba and "convince" him that my buddy is "one of ours" if ya' know what I mean.

I see money making potential and a little content if this could happen.

just the other day I was helping a merchant character do Jabba's theme park, and somebody was asking why the first NPC wouldn't give him a mission stating he had the wrong faction. In situations like that, I'm sure people would want to pay out for NPC faction points, but there was nothing I could do but tell him to "go kill Valarians"
