When you go to the recruiter and you can't get any more fp until you've got under 500, doesn't he tell you that if you have any information reguarding the rebels then tell him and you get fp? Kind of like a spy.

Not really sure of the exact wording, haven't paid attention to it for a long time. The limit on buying fp though is 500. Once you hit this limit you have to earn it the old fashioned way. Kill your enemies or doing faction missions such as your respective theme park.
