Yes. It has been confirmed by the correspondant as a known bug and exploit.
You WILL get banned if you are caught.

Is there any chance that they might actually do something to fix this? I'm tired of losing business because I refuse to, while others make it well known that they'll use this exploit. 
Not like it's been around forever and that I've bugged and ticketed it about a million times... Seems pretty clear that they don't care what we players think...

I've had responses to that effect from long ago...they never change. I doubt that it would be that hard to write a check in every step of the slicing process to see if there's a p-up attached since there's one when you first start to slice. Then they just write a little code to make the slice fail if there is one.
And you might want to remove your e-mail address before someone uses it on free porn sites and you suddenly get 5000 junk mails a day...

Not only is it bad to do it ... customers that ARE JUST LOOKING FORTHEEXPLOIThave been suspended (trust me, I know ... I reported the customers)

After 14 months I dont know of a single one having been banned on Naritus.
Short of reporting people yourself asking foran exploit in clear terms to a CSR with screenshot proof, NO ONE gets banned. Which means you may only get the absolutely stupid ones.
The ones asking for a "special slice" ... what do you want to report them for ? None of the people asking me for a PU slice were so brain dead to explain the exploit to me in spatial.
