We have been talking about the idea so its in discussion here in the community, however its up to the dev team and how much they want to have jedi and smugglers work together. Seems logical to me and many others but who know....
I would also add that if we do infact gain the ablity to remove names from the BH terminals it should be something a smuggler can only do one time in a 24 hr period (for only one jedi per day)and have a very good chance of failing. If we fail we should be added to the terminal as well, it's something that needs to be dangerious and not exploitable. For fear of every smuggler taking every name off the boards the dev's my not go for this idea, no matter how "restrictive" it is.

I like this idea, I'd go for removing the mission altogether.
we are after all the criminals of the universe.
maybe if we fail get turned overt?? or get a BH mission against the smuggler, which cant be canceled.
A Jedi could pay alot of money to a smuggler to get his name removed from the terminals (reseting his visability). the smuggler would charge alot as the risks are high.
if he fails the authority's find out about his attempted hacking of the mission terminals and place a bounty on his head.
which cant be removed by fellow smugglers becausethe smuggler is on the run from the "law", his fellow smugglers distance themselves from him.

Not so much on the run as "too hot to handle".
Smuggler on terms: "Hey, I need somewhere to hide. Can I crash here?"
Smuggler avoiding trouble: "Get away from here! You'll bring them down on all of us!"

This is a decent idea, however I would like to add to it. Add the ability to help out Bounty Hunters in some way. Higher mission payouts, perhaps? Or even underworld sources that tip off the smuggler if the jedi moved from a area or entered a highly populous city. Just an idea. I know most jedi will hate this but hey, I need money and I'm not picky how I get it. If it happens to be a bidwar of BH vs Jedi to get me to help them out, I'm not opposed to stocking my bank account.
