Hello there, I just recently got novice smuggler and am enjoying it quite a bit, however this passage from the FAQ confuses me.
How much xp do I get per slice?
None for either weapon or armour slices; to progress up the slicing tree you must get Pistol XP, just as every other Smuggler tree. However, when slicing a terminal or container, you will receive 200 slicing XP.
I thought that they removed Slicing XP from the game entirely. So, if this info is correct and I can get 200 slicing XP from containers and terminals, Can the XP be spent to progress up the slicing line?

Nope. It's all Pistol XP for the progression through all trees, regardless of any Slicing XP remnants.
