Well, it's too long for the bio in SWG, but here it is in its entirety.

I've intertwined my Smuggler's life with those of some characters from cannon (Han, Chewie and Lando), some characters from the Extended Universe (Dash Rendar, Talon Karrde, Jorj Car'das) and an in-game friend (Coban Bochry). All of what's mentioned about the lives of those characters holds true to cannon and EU writings, I've simply wrapped my own bio around those tales.





Nathan Bluewater was born to a middle class family in the outskirts of Tyrena, Corellia. Bluewater's father worked for the Rendar family business, RenTrans, a respectable and profitable Shipping Organization. As the son of a Piloting Instructor, Nathan always had a keen interest and knack for the art.

At the early age of 16 Nathan was admitted to the Imperial Academy, where he honed those piloting skills. He was a quick learner, and an Ace of his class. He became fast friends and competitors with fellow student Talon Karrde. After finishing with the Academy, Nathan and Talon parted ways.

Nathan picked up where his father had retired, flying for RenTrans. When the Emperor banished the company and Rendar family to the Outter Rim due to a freak accident, Nathan separated from his employer, Dash Rendar.

Over the course of the next few years, Nathan explored the galaxy, running various operations for the Hutts or any other organization looking for a quality pilot. During these adventures, Nathan came upon a particularly interesting Sabacc game, where a fellow Corellian and his Wookie friend won a YT-1300 ship from a man named Lando Calrissian. After introducing himself to Han Solo, Nathan flew a few Hutt missions with the duo.

Earning a bit of a name for himself in the underground world of Smuggling, Nathan was approached by Jorj Car'das, a rival of the Hutts who employed less brutal methods. Nathan accepted the high position in the organization only to find that he would be working alongside his old friend Talon Karrde. When Car'das experienced an epiphany and went legal after a strange run in on Dagobah, Karrde inherited command of the organization. He operated in obscurity, fearing reprisal from the Hutts or Empire. At this time, Nathan felt he had lost to his old rival, and decided to leave the organization. It was a bitter parting, and the two have had no contact since.

Roaming the galaxy, Nathan again bumped into Han Solo, shortly after the destruction of the Death Star. Han convinced Nathan to put aside his illegal pursuits and use his talents to aid the Rebel Alliance. Nathan has quickly risen through the ranks to Colonel, and is the Chief Tactical Procurement Officer for the Rebel Alliance.

Nathan has never lost his contacts from his previous adventures, and is rumored to have a start-up organization with an Imperial counterpart, Col. Coban Bochry, to rival both Karrde and the Hutts.

That is a good story.

Here is mine. It is long.

Anthony Williams was born on Corellia, near the city of Tyrena. His family where respected members of society. His father ran a repair shop and his mother was a dignitary of the Imperial Council Board on Corellia. Though they openly remained loyal to the Empire, his father and mother were sympathetic to the Rebellion. He was 22 years old at the time of the Battle of Yavin.

Attempting to show their support, they would often provide goods to the growing resistance. Anthony often tried to convince his parents that showing their support for the Alliance would lead to reprisal from the Empire, but they continued to suppress these warnings. Despite his personal feelings, Anthony would often be tasked with transporting supplies to the Alliance High Command. The Empire however eventually discovered what the Williams' family was participating in, and immediately struck with vengeance against their small home.

Upon arriving home, Anthony discovered his family being dragged in front of a large group of people in Tyrena's Central Square. It was there, that Grand Moff Hawkin, executed them in plain sight of the entire town. Anthony rushed home in search of his younger brother and sister, only to find them gone. They were abducted by the Empire. He would never see them again.

A wanted fugitive, Anthony decided that the best course of action would be to flee to the outer rim. He booked passage on a Corellian transport vehicle leaving the system with a group of Rebel Dissidents. Using his skills he acquired while smuggling for his family, he forged new a new identity for himself. Antonnio Rossi. (Rossi was the name of a high quality prototype blaster cannon designed by his father. The "Rossi" Cannon was stolen by the Empire not long afterwards)

The Corellian Corvette was apprehended by the Empire, who miraciously let Antonnio go to the surface of Tatooine. He landed on the planet and immediately went into hiding. He started a little shop near the Dune Sea with the task of repairing weapons... however when Lady Valarian caught wind of his operation he was taken captive and placed in a prison cell beneath the Lucky Despot near Mos Eisley.

While in prison he met an undercover spy working for Jabba the Hutt. A renegade named Ethok Opaidre. The kid was reckless yet brave. Together they managed to overpower the guard and escape. They fled to Antonnio's family ship, the "Tiberium Sun". While fleeing into deep space they discovered they were being hunted by a skilled bounty hunter known as "Detridge". They managed to out manuever Detridge who vowed to hound them until they were dead.

The two agents made it back to Corellia. Hiding out at the still remaining ruins of Antonnio's home. Ethok decided to take it upon himself to return to Jabba to complete his mission. Antonnio decided to seek out the aid of the Rebellion. He met up with Nien Nunb, a former family aquaintance. Nunb set up a meeting with Han Solo and soon afterwards Anthony was enlisted in the Rebel Alliance.

Over the next year Anthony would be on many different adventures. He would eventually capture the respect of the famed bounty hunters Detridge and Boba Fett and together; he, Detridge, and Ethok would help the Smuggler's Alliance on a variety of special missions. The group never shared the same ideals on the Galactic Civil War. They would often be caught working against eachother while at the same time helping one another.

The biggest shock that ever occured in Antonnio's life would be the discovery of his family's demise. It would be later discovered that the Williams' family was in no way his actual family. They were his foster family. His real parents were powerful Jedi who fought in the Clone Wars. His mother was a Sith Apprentice and his father was banished from the Council because he refused to give up seeing her. She was humiliated and was nearly killed by her master. The couple concieved a child, Anthony, however they forsaw great power and death in his future... giving him up to protect the galaxy.

Anthony would be reunited with both his father and mother. His father, an old man and wandering hermit while he was seperated from his squad on Lok, and his mother, a nomad hiding amongst the Nightsisters, who raided the Imperial Prision, where Anthony was a prisoner for smuggling for the Alliance. Both his parents warned him that he had the power to be a great Jedi... but Antonnio vowed never to follow the path of the Jedi. He was sick of their mind games and hated their philosophy... blaming them for the rise of the Empire.

His friends however would learn the ways of the force... and they would eventually fall to the Darkside. The real question lays in which path Antonnio will follow... the Dark side or the light side.

There are other stories... lots of stories... but too many to list.

Here's the one I use, which tries to reconcile the whole "Imperial AND Smuggler" combo:

Jaspor began his early adulthood making a name for himself in the galaxy's underworld. An adept pilot and quick draw with a blaster, he soon found himself earning a decent living as a smuggler. For several years, he was considered a loyal and trustworthy professional, something rare in his line of work. However, he was backstabbed one too many times by the devious employers he worked for, and decided to get out of the smuggling business.

About the same time, the Empire was becoming more aggressive in tracking down members of the expanding Rebellion. Imperial agents contacted known members of the underworld, offering job opportunities to those who could use their talents and connections to locate pockets of resistance. Jaspor was approached by one such Imperial agent, and he answered the call.

Since joining the Empire, Jaspor has been quite successful in helping track down and destroy components of the Rebellion. He has been rewarded with several promotions up through the Imperial ranks. The nature of his work requires him to maintain his ties with underworld contacts and keep his skills sharp, so his superiors often overlook what may be considered questionable actions for an Imperial offer. These are viewed as simply a new form of tactics required to battle terrorists such as the Rebels. However, Jaspor
often takes advantage of this leniancy by continuing to race on the swoop circuits and sitting down at high stakes Pazakk tables.

These days, Jaspor holds the position of Mayor of Constellation. Situated on Naboo in the shadow of the Emperor's Retreat, the peaceful city allows him easy access to his superiors when duty calls.

My smuggler Bio is less complex. Sani is a BH. She worked, until recently, for a crime Family. She started dealing spice for this family as well. She then started making spice for them. Picked up a few useful lock and computer slicing skills. Learned to understand languages by being around them a lot.

Basically she just became a smuggler through contagen. (It's mostly Tsb's fault)

Mines pretty simple too.

Mozi's parents died while he was young and he was sold to a Trando slavergroup as slave labor. When thegroup wasonTatooine for business they wereattacked by Tusken raiders. Mozi hid among the rocks and escaped the attack. After several days in the Tatooine desert without any food or waterand near death an old (retired) Smuggler found him and nursed him back to health and raised him teaching him the Smuggler arts in the process. The old Smugglers ways caught up to him however when he was gunned down by an old partner he had once cheated. Now Mozi makes his way as a Smuggler and Rogue.

My favourite part is when I fall to the darkside. The darkness grows everyday...

I am considering having you turn from the darkside... pull something like Lord Vader... turn from the dark side and become a jedi renegade. You know, between dark and light, yet not embracing either side.

Then you end up doing something cool, but I don't know what happens yet...
