Had oneattack my Smuggler on Dant the other day...and no,I did not attack first. I'm no fool, I steer clear of lvl 82's when I don't have backup. Has this happened to anyone else? Was I just in the wrong place at the wrong time?

It probably depends on one of your faction ratings, like townsperson or something.
